Bookings can be accepted by most methods including telephone, text relay, email, or On-line. Please see bottom of page for contact details.

Bookings made other than by ‘On-line’ means

Full debit/ credit card details are needed to confirm any booking, along with your name, address and contact telephone number/s. These card details are held securely to guarantee the booking and destroyed upon guest departure.

To comply with the latest Fraud Prevention rules, card details should never be sent in an email.

It is politely requested that card details are supplied either over the telephone, mobile or text relay.

No charges will be made to any card, given as booking security, unless guests fail to arrive or give less than 48 hours notice of cancellation or make a significant change in their booking.

On-line Bookings (with apologies for this legalese bit!)

A ‘booking’ means any order for our ‘Bed & Breakfast’ facility on this site that is accepted by us.

‘Single occupancy’ bookings made for double, twin or family rooms may find that they are not in their selected room if it is required for a higher number of occupants. If possible, guests are advised in advance if such a change becomes necessary.

Guests can expect to stay in the room that they have reserved online but occasionally circumstances (usually outside of our control) dictate that a room change to another room of a similar type becomes necessary. If possible, guests would be advised in advance if such a situation occurs.

Acceptance will be made by us (and a contract concluded) when we have received full payment from you.

There is no agent involved in this booking process; the contract is concluded between you as the Customer and us as the Business.

For On-line bookings only, full payment is taken at the time of booking.

Cancellations for Bookings made other than by ‘On-line’ means

For cancellations made before midday, two days before scheduled arrival date, no charge will be made and the card details taken as security will be destroyed.

For cancellations after midday, two days before scheduled arrival date, a charge for the first two nights (or one night if the booking is only for one night) will be made to the card given as security for the booking. A VAT receipt and card payment slip will then be posted to you.

Just leaving a cancellation message is not acceptable. You need to contact us and receive a response from us to confirm we know about your cancellation. So, for your peace of mind, please speak to us directly by telephone, mobile or text relay. Thank you.

Refunds & Cancellations applicable to On-line bookings only

For cancellations made before midday, two days before scheduled arrival date, a full refund will be made.

For cancellations after midday, two days before scheduled arrival date, no refund will be made.
