Check In / Out

On weekdays, most guests arrive between 17.00 and 19.00 and so we always try to ensure that there is someone here at that time. However, if this is not suitable for you, then we are very happy for you to arrive at a different time – all we ask is that you contact us to agree a mutually convenient time before making your reservation.

At weekends we are even more flexible as we appreciate that many guests will be arriving to attend a special function and will wish to check-in and freshen up before attending the event. Please just contact us to agree your preferred arrival time.

Please note that, with regret, we have to ask that guests do not arrive to check-in after 21.00 as this disturbs other guests that have already gone to bed.

Check out is by 10.00am.

Payment

We accept cash, and all major debit and credit cards using ‘Chip & Pin’, payment will be required upon arrival. With regret, a 1% levy is made to meet increased bank charges for ‘unsecure’ non-chipped transactions.
We are no longer able to accept cheques.
